Kenny Dettman brings over 15 years of experience as a global tax expert, CEO, and entrepreneur.
Formerly a Managing Director at Alvarez & Marsal, Kenny has founded and led several tax advisory and technology-focused ventures. A member of the AICPA and Forbes Business Council, Kenny has been quoted in the Wall Street Journal, Bloomberg, and Tax Notes.
His vision is to empower business owners to focus on growth, not red tape, and his expertise and leadership form the foundation of FileForms' success.
Frank Tumminello
CEO and Co-Founder
Frank Tumminello brings a decade of expertise in financial services and technology. He began his career at Raymond James and went on to leadership roles at Oppenheimer & Co. and Century Equity Partners.
Frank’s extensive experience includes leading a healthcare benefits administrator through eight acquisitions and a successful recapitalization with a multi-billion-dollar private equity firm.
